Polaroof NW is used wherever there there is risk of standing water, snow or ice. Polaroof NW doesn't break down under ponded water like water-based acrylic type coatings.

		Polaroof NW was used to seal the capping stones around this parapet wall. New EPDM rubber had been installed, but water was still coming in at the edges through the gaps in the capping stones.




Polaroof NW is often used as a vapor barrier over foam insulation , these two pictures show this application, on the left is a municipal board of education building in Maryland, and on the right, the new terminal roof at BWI airport in Maryland.
