Spray application of the sealer can be done from a hand held or backpack pump sprayer.

An airless sprayer can also be used.

Top level of a parking garage. Here we see the expansion joints cut out and a foam core about to be inserted into the space before it is sealed with urethane caulk or Andek POLAJOINT SUPER.

This picture shows the finished repairs to the expansion and control joints.

Exposed re-bar like this seen here will have the corrosion arrested and the surrounding concrete sealed to prevent further spalling.

Notice the repaired and filled expansion joints also.

In this picture it's possible to see the clear sharp line of the water meniscus where the water is just sitting on top of the treated concrete. The water is slowly soaking into the untreated concrete below.

When a water test was performed on treated areas, the water tended to "soak" into the untreated concrete.

On the treated area, the water had nowhere to go but the lowest point on the roof, so it headed that way. No penetration of water was visible anywhere on the treated surface.
