Buckeye "O"

As mentioned previously, this is the abode of a serious Buckeye fan and, for this reason, the re-coat was gray Polaroof AC, followed by a fourteen foot high by six foot wide scarlet ‘O’.  The next game day, people in the neighborhood were surprised to see the blimp hovering above their roofs on a detour from the stadium.  The scarlet color of the Polaroof AC is one of many of the new “vivid” color formulations available from Andek Corporation, allowing a multitude of rooftop design possibilities.

This photograph shows the roof of a house in Columbus, Ohio, the home of a serious Ohio State Buckeyes football fan.  This plywood roof was originally coated with Polaroof RAC and Roofab twenty years ago, then re-coated with Polaroof RAC ten years ago.  The condition of the Polaroof RAC in the summer of 2006 was still very good, with no evidence of deterioration and very little erosion but, to be prudent, it seemed that a re-coat should be installed.
