POLAROOF SP is a premium quality, water-based, elastomeric, waterproofing coating that is designed for permanent flexibility and toughness. For use over all standard roofing substrates, POLAROOF SP provides a finish that is architecturally enhancing, long-lasting, and weatherproof.

T Catalyst is a metal chelate that may be added to some approved Andek coatings to boost viscosity or adjust the rheological behavior to individual application requirements. T Catalyst will thicken the coating to a paste or caulk-like consistency, enabling the coating to be used for repairs, preparation work, and other activities that require a thickened material.

POLAROOF NW is a premium quality, solvent-based, elastomeric, waterproofing coating. Ideal for use on metal roofs, wood, masonry, concrete decks, and roofs with ponding water. POLAROOF NW will produce a very tough, rubber-like, weatherproof barrier that is aesthetically enhancing, long lasting, and extremely durable. POLAROOF NW is Energy Star® rated.

Liquid applied, urethane, waterproofing membrane, designed for use over most roof substrates. POLAROOF RAC is very tough and elastic with high tensile strength and good puncture resistance. The product contains fire retardant additives and corrosion inhibiting aluminum flakes for additional protection against rust and acid rain. POLAROOF RAC is approved by Underwriters Laboratories® (UL) and Factory Mutual Research Corporation® (FM).

Incorporates the outstanding performance enhancements of oxazolidone (OZ) chemistry. OZ CATALYST is mixed with Polaroof RAC to produce Polaroof RAC-OZ. In addition, OZ CATALYST can be added to Encapsall Super to produce Encapsall Super-OZ. OZ CATALYST contains oxazolidone, a revolutionary product that adds performance and strength characteristics to urethane-based coatings.

ANDEK ACCELERATOR is added to approved Andek products to accelerate the curing time in all temperatures. The accelerated curing process enables the professional applicator to complete an installation faster. Andek Accelerator may be used with Polaroof RAC, RoofdX Super, AIM #1, Encapsall Super, and other approved Andek coatings.

ROOFDX SUPER is an excellent, liquid-applied, urethane, waterproofing coating that is designed for use over most common substrates. Possessing high tensile strength and superior puncture resistance, ROOFDX SUPER provides long-lasting waterproofing protection in all climatic extremes.

ROOFDX COPPER is an extremely tough, reflective, rubber-like, waterproofing coating that has a very attractive copper finish with exceptional elasticity. This remarkable "liquid copper" coating can be used over all common roofing substrates and will give the appearance of copper sheet roofing at a fraction of the cost. Just like copper sheet, ROOFDX COPPER will develop a classic green patina, or may be sealed with Clearcoat 44 to maintain its new appearance.

ROOFDX GOLD is an extremely tough, reflective, rubber-like, waterproofing coating that has a stunning golden finish with exceptional elasticity. This remarkable "liquid gold" coating can be used over all common roofing substrates and will give the appearance of gold leaf at a fraction of the cost. ROOFDX GOLD may be sealed with a topcoat of Clearcoat 44 to provide an extra shiny, brilliant appearance.

K CATALYST may be added to approved Andek coatings to boost viscosity and adjust the application behavior to individual application requirements.  K CATALYST will thicken the coating to a paste or caulk-like consistency, enabling the coating to be used for repairs, preparation work, and other activities that require a thickened material.  K CATALYST may be added in precise measured amounts to achieve the intended characteristics required by the applicator.

RUBBERKOTE 1047 is a revolutionary waterproofing coating that is uniquely designed to be applied to wet or damp roofs where curing will proceed even underwater. Yet unlike quick patch materials that have a short life expectancy, RUBBERKOTE 1047 is guaranteed to last for five years. RUBBERKOTE 1047 will adhere to all common roofing substrates and is ideal for either instant roof repairs or as a permanent roof coating. RUBBERKOTE 1047 remains flexible, tough and weatherproof at low temperatures and will not flow at high temperatures. RUBBERKOTE 1047 incorporates Dupont Kevlar® technology.

SILVER FILM is a very high quality, solar reflective, aluminum, thermoplastic coating that will maintain its bright, reflective appearance for many years. SILVER FILM will adhere to most common substrates, and will outlast and outperform all traditional fibrated aluminum products. SILVER FILM reflects 84% of solar rays and protects substrate against rust, corrosion, UV damage and acid rain.

BUILDKOTE is a premium, rubberized asphalt coating that is uniquely fortified with specialty elastomers. Far superior to conventional asphalt emulsion products, BUILDKOTE provides a durable, rubbery, waterproof membrane that can be used alone as a protective sealer or as a base coat for Polaroof or Silver Film. BUILDKOTE can also be used as a flood coat to level and smooth an uneven substrate, such as a stone-encrusted built-up roof.

ROOFAB is an extremely strong, stitchbonded, polyester reinforcing fabric that is compatible with all Andek liquid-applied coatings. It is embedded into coatings during application to boost cured membrane strength and absorb stress. ROOFAB possesses exceptional tensile, tear and elongation properties.

Polafab is a polyester reinforcing fabric that is embedded into any of Andek's liquid applied coatings to boost cured membrane strength.  It features a smooth profile that allows the fabric to become camouflaged into the coating membrane so that joints and transitions become inconspicuous.  Polafab possesses a unique fiber structure, which results in exceptional tensile, tear and elongation properties.  Furthermore, it is naturally soft and conforms easily around irregular substrates.
